Meet Our Pastor and First Lady

 

Pastor Frank E. Fanniel Sr. was born in Crockett, Texas to Grover and Callie Fanniel. He was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 14 years old. He was a graduate of Center Grove High school and continued his education at Texas Southern University majoring in Psychology. He then served in the U.S. armed Forces from 1961-1963.

Pastor Fanniel is the founder and the pastor of the Lily of the Valley Church of God in Christ. He has been ministering for over 35 years. He is the superintendent of the Sunnyside district of the Texas South Central Jurisdiction and he serves on the Board of Directors in the Texas South Central Jurisdiction. He is the third generation of Church of God in Christ.

Pastor Fanniel is a loving husband and father. He has been married for over 35 years to First lady Alma J. Evans Fanniel. Missionary Fanniel is the daughter of the late Elder Lon Evans and Mary Alexander Evans. Missionary Fanniel was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at an early age under the leadership of her father Elder Lon Evans. She is the fourth child of eight children.

Missionary Fanniel has served on the Minister’s Wives Committee in the Texas South Central Jurisdiction. She has faithfully served as choir president since its origin. She is the leader of the prayer band and believes in fervent prayer.

Pastor and Missionary Fanniel have four children and seven grandchildren. Pastor and Missionary Fanniel are anointed and appointed servants of God. They are true humanitarians and pillars in their community.
